We committed to deliver products in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible, ship through reputed courier agencies. For all purchases of Rs. 401 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charges of Rs. 100/50 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 151/401. Each order shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to shipproducts to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. As you knew in home furnishing hardware products which include more than 3 lacs products range with different variant which make complicated scenario for handling and shipping, but we try to ship the product within 7-10 days time, and it takes more than 20-30 days time for products which are not easily available or product which take more time in processing and customise.

If you believe that the product is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the products, please refuses to take delivery of the package, and call us or mail us at hardwareonline@rediffmail.com or help@smartshophar.com , mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
