Returns Policy 

We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from SmartShophar.com. On the occasion that you receive a product that you just don't like or that doesn't match your décor or your shipment is not satisfactory; we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the product. You can return all items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased amount with 7% will be charged as transition charges and balance amount will be refund within 10 working days. In case of buyer used coupon code or promo code or had taken a discount more than 8% of selling price, then return pick or return charges for items will be paid by buyer. This returning amount can be adjust with the buyer at time of his/her next purchase.We want you to get exactly what you want, and with our world-class product selection you can be sure you'll find the product that is right for you. Only you have to do, mail us at help@smartshophar.com , mentioning your order reference number for refund or other choice for replacement. You have to send the product at our warehouse with in 15 days of return request confirmation mail.

Please adhere to the following return policy:

·         The product must be free from scratches and/or defects

·         The product must not have been installed

·         You must have the original packaging for the item without damage

·         There cannot be any writing on the packaging for the item

Replacement and Return Shipment 

 Replacement of any products will not be charged. For replacement or return of the products should follow above return policies. You must have the original packaging for the item without damage and put extra packaging (if required for safety of product) so that replacement and return products should reach us in same good condition as it was delivered.

Return Shipping Free:-

We can return the shipping back amount if your purchase is more than Rs.25000 and you have to returns part of shipping order (which is now not in need to use any where ) is less then Rs.2500 or 10% of the purchase amount in 30 days time from delivery. This offer is for limited time, so that we strive to provide you with the best possible experience while you shop with us online. (For example:- if your purchasing is Rs.30000 and your returning  is less than or equal to 3000 i.e. 10% of your purchase, we will refund you Rs.3000 + Rs.300 (shipping back amount paid by the buyer, i.e. extra 10% of the products value of returning amount) then final returning amount will be Rs.3300.) For this send us a mail at help@smartshophar.com .

Shipping product back
Ship the item to the warehouse. Below are the keys to a successful return:

·         Good Packaging: Re-pack products for return in the original box with original packaging material and additional tags attached to products. Use the return label provided or your own label. Do not write on the box to maintain its like-new condition. Improper labeling may result in the denial of return.

·         Ship & Insure: Next, ship the product to the warehouse address provided using a carrier that will provide both a tracking number as well as a signature that the item was confirmed delivered. If we are unable to confirm delivery of your item, this may result in the denial of a refund.

·         Tracking Number: We require that returns are shipped via a carrier that will provide you with a return tracking number. If a return is shipped without a tracking number the customer will be liable if the item is lost by the carrier and no refund will be issued. Providing a tracking number will also accelerate your return process. Retain your tracking number and email it to us at hardwareonline@rediffmail.com so that we can check on the progress of your return.
